1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JH88 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "JH88") governing your use of the website located at jh88.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

By accessing this website, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the JH88 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account opened by a User on the JH88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other promotional incentive awarded by JH88 subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions and other conditions attached to each Bonus offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the JH88 website at jh88.cam, including all sports betting, casino, live casino, slots and esports products available therein.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the User using genuine monetary value, as distinct from Bonus funds.
• "Services" means all products, features, tools and functionality accessible through the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or gaming activity placed by a User through the Platform using Account funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on JH88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are a natural person acting in your individual capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by JH88 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through JH88 or through any recognised responsible gambling scheme applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant or immediate family member of a director, employee or consultant of JH88 or any related entity.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds and Bonuses.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is accessible internationally, subject to applicable local law. JH88 does not represent that access is legal in every jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law are not permitted to register. JH88 reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its sole discretion.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are required to maintain and update this information so that it remains accurate at all times.

4.1 KYC Documents

JH88 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or Account limits increased:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method (copy of bank card, bank account statement or mobile wallet confirmation).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

4.2 Verification Timelines

JH88 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. JH88 is not liable for any delays caused by incomplete or unreadable document submissions.

4.3 False Information

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms. JH88 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all Wagers and withhold funds pending investigation. Where fraud is established, the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. JH88 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. All amounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. For Pakistani players, amounts are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where displayed.

Payment methods available in the cashier may include bank transfer options and mobile payment services familiar to Pakistani users. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and JH88 does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular method. Reference to services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah is for contextual familiarity only and does not imply any formal partnership, endorsement or guarantee of availability.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the constraints of that method.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• JH88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including source-of-funds documentation for large amounts.

5.3 Processing Times

JH88 aims to process withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days of approval, following completed KYC verification. Actual receipt of funds is also subject to the processing timelines of your chosen payment method and financial institution. JH88 is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

5.4 Currency & Fees

JH88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose its own charges. Currency conversion fees may apply where your account currency differs from your payment method's settlement currency. All applicable fees will be displayed clearly before you confirm a transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JH88 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and the specific Bonus Terms published with each offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Bonus Terms, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are set out in the individual Bonus Terms and vary by promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

JH88 reserves the right to withdraw Bonuses and void related Wagers where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting system errors or technical faults, and any coordinated activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.

6.3 Promotional Changes

JH88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice. Changes will not retroactively affect Bonuses already credited to an Account, except where abuse or breach of Terms is identified.

7 Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product and market selected. General betting rules apply as follows:

• A Wager is binding once confirmed and displayed as "Accepted" in your Account transaction history. JH88 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed Wagers except where required by applicable product rules.
• JH88 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any Wager at its discretion, including where: an error in odds or pricing is detected; the Wager would result in a liability disproportionate to normal commercial exposure; or there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, fraud or related integrity breach.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at or before the conclusion of the relevant event. Late bets will be rejected by the system.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise does not reach a result within the timeframe specified in the applicable product rules, Wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per Wager, per day and per market. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's sports and casino sections.

7.1 Cricket & PSL Markets

Pakistan Super League (PSL), international cricket featuring Pakistan, ICC T20 tournaments and other cricket events are available as betting markets on JH88. Match, innings and ball-by-ball markets are offered subject to availability. In-play cricket markets are governed by the live betting rules applicable at the time of the event. References to the PSL and other cricket competitions are for identification purposes only; JH88 has no affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board or any PSL franchise.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JH88 platform. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account or acting on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity, age or address information.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, vulnerabilities or system glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or scripts to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that JH88 reasonably determines constitutes match-fixing awareness or participation.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing JH88 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the JH88 platform — including but not limited to the JH88 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game content and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of JH88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of JH88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JH88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses of profit, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.

JH88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JH88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable measures to maintain Platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect access.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 By JH88

JH88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, collusive or otherwise abusive activity has occurred on or through the Account.
• The Account is being used in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity.
• A regulatory or law enforcement obligation requires suspension or closure.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, financial or reputational risk to JH88.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. If a breach is confirmed, JH88 may withhold and forfeit funds in accordance with applicable rules.

11.2 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting JH88 support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at closure, net of applicable Bonus obligations, will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

12 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the JH88 Platform, Services or your Account, you should first contact our customer support team, providing full details of the issue, your Account username, the relevant date(s) and any supporting evidence.

JH88 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. Complex disputes may require additional time; we will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint throughout.

All Wager disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction date. JH88 will not consider disputes raised outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with JH88, you may be entitled to refer the matter to any applicable independent dispute resolution service available under the operator's licence jurisdiction.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licence jurisdiction.

JH88 does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction from which the Platform may be accessed. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

JH88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Where changes are required urgently to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, they may take effect immediately without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
